Podcasting

Although auditory learners tend to be in the minority, teachers often rely on this teaching style. Podcasts provide a kinaethetic way for students to role play, revise and collaborate using podcasting sites such as podbeam.com.







Podcasts can be made using "audacity" a powerful sound editor / freeware.

Using audacity


The main screen and the tool bar




Curser – move this to where you want to record/play
Zoom – in to see smaller time intervals or out to see more time
Use this to adjust volume.
This can be used to move your recording to where you want it.


When finished – file menu/export as an MP3 file.
